Hi Teresa, The only information I have for Julia Kline Downer is what I posted. I do have some Kline information. Julia's father Ellis Kline was born in Liverpool, Perry County, PA and was a teacher. Her mother was Dora B. Hess born in Dauphin County, PA. Julia's grandparents were Jonas Kline and Isabella (maiden name Miller) Kline from Liverpool, Perry County, PA. I have my ggrandmother's (Catherine Kline Rowe, younger sister of Ellis) death certificate stating her parents were indeed Jonas and Isabella along with family information stating that Ellis and Catherine's parents were Jonas and Isabella. Ellis Kline and Catherine Kline Rowe both had daughters named Toy. Dora's parents were Solomon Hess and Julian (I don't know her maiden name) Hess from Dauphin County, PA.
