We are searching for one Ann Elsden of Soham, Cambridgeshire. She married William Attlesey in September 1816 in Soham. She died there April 12, 1833. After her death, her husband Wm. Attlesey came to the US - he died in Virginia in 1839. We know of only one child of Ann Elsden and Wm. Attlesey, a daughter Ann Attlesey, born about 1824 in England. She ends up in the US also, as wife of William Malden, b. c 1816 in England, but don't know where he was born or was from. They may have been married in England or the US. All of this information is from a Malden family Bible and the US Federal Census -- and this is just about all we know. Any leads will be gratefully received. Jan
