Steve: Nancy Minerva Jaynes [1830-1904] d/o George Jaynes [1805-1847]& Hannah. m. Joseph Ware Davis. George d. intestate. His widow, Hannah, m. John Davis f/o Joseph Ware Davis. Nancy Minerva's siblings are William, b. 1834; Eliza, b. 1839 & Elizabeth, b. 1845. Her grandfather, Jamys Jaynes, was a British sailor during the Rev. War who remained in this country and became a citizen of VA. he had other non identified sons. James d. in IN about 1840. Joe
