I am researching the MATHEWS,HAMMACK/HAMMOCK,FELTS, etc. lines and find two female FELTS . One is Mary FELTS b. 17 May 1776, d. 4 Sep 1843 in Crawford Co., Ga. In the estate papers for Mary Felts HAMMACK, it mentions a Green P. FELTS. The 2nd is Eliza Missouri FELTS, b. abt. 1834, South Carolina, d. aft. 1880. Eliza is buried (no marker) in the Felts Cemetery, aka Hammock Cemetery on Hopewell Road in Crawford Co., Ga. The cemetery is on land once owned by the MATHEWS family. Eliza was married to George Drayton MATHEWS, 18 Dec 1851, Crawford Co., GA. Sukochi Lee justasukoch@hotmail.com Doing research for William J. Jones, who descends from these lines as well.
