This will get you started:

1930 census Upper Darby Twp., Delaware Co., PA

Maurice H. Felty 41, married at age 26, born in PA
Jennie A. 42, born Delaware, father in England and mother in Canada
John A. 13, born in PA
Charlotte E. 12, born in PA (Charlotte Elizabeth?)

The 1920 census has Maurice living with his parents William Z. 61 and Josephine D. 52 n Philadelphia. It shows Maurice was married. Perhaps he was separated from Jennie.

The 1900 census shows William Felty (misindexed as Feltz), born Feb 1853 and Josephine, born March 1852. Living with them is his mother in law Frances Broadford, born Oct 1820 in England. She immigrated in 1850.

Maurice Horner Felty's WWI draft card shows he was born Jan 1, 1888 in Philadelphia.

The index of Philadelphia marriages shows Maurice H. Felty married Jennie Allen in 1915.

The 1900 census also shows a Jennie Allen, born March 1886 as the daughter of Thomas W., born March 1861 in England, and Charlotte, born in Canada, living in Philadelphia.

There is a Delaware birth record for Jennie Allen, born March 5, 1886 to Thomas Allen and Charlotte Gake. Here is someone working on this same couple: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=dalmanic&id=I80552

Some of these records you can look at for free at labs.familysearch.org and Ancestry.com. For those you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry or Heritage Quest.

There are many sources you can try if you are interested in finding more.
