Sheila, I can't put anything that I have to your information yet. But will keep it in mind. My Phipps connection Is Roxana and her married name then was Mrs. John William Porter. I have no information to go on for the Phipps other than Roxana's. This genealogy Is not easy!! There is a Susan Boosinger married Sept. 24,1848, Summit co., Ohio to James Phipps. Children were Orin,Orson,William,Ellen,Marrilla, Phoebe. Orin's son Ralph was born in 1890 in Lenawee Co., Mi. Roxana's first child was born in Adrian, Lenawee Co.,Mi. Roxana's second child was born in Summit Co., Oh. Seems like there should be a connection but I have not found it yet. No one in family to gather even a little bit of info. Good Luck on your search.
