I am serching for Information on Phobe, Phebe, her middle name may have been Gertrude Phelps, I was told the family later changed the spelling of the name. Phebe Phelps born April 21, 1821 Marion County, IL married Cary William Gregory in 1849 in Fort Smith, AR.her second husband. She married frist William Holley. Phebe died December 3, 1882 in Barber, AR Her father was Lodric Flips. I am searching for Lordric Phelps, Parents. He was full Blood Cherokee, Phebe was also full blood Cherokee.
