George Merriman joined the 50th Regiment Co K in Brooks County for service in the Confederate Army. born in England, died in jefferson County, Fla 17 Jan 1889/ Have reason to believe he is buried in unmarked grave in a church cemetery in Baldwin County, Georgia with an Iron Cross. Does anyone have any connection to this veteran?
