Hello Mr. Cobb, My name is Brett Barnes. I live in Carroll County. I checked the Carroll County Cemeteries (West side) book, but did not find Ellison Elam Blackwelder. (I do not own a copy of the East side cemetery book). I did, however, find an Elam Lazarus Blackwelder (1879-1950), buried at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church...which just happens to be located on Blackwelder Road @ GA Hwy. 5. Also, there is one listing in the phone book for a Blackwelder on Blackwelder Road and that is for Louise Blackwelder (770-854-4383). Maybe she can be of help. Brett
