Myers COCHRAN (b. abt 1812, NC---d. aft 1880, Gordon Co. GA) son of James I. COCHRAN (b. abt 1769, NC) James COCHRAN is living with son, Myers COCHRAN & Phoebe (DICKEY) COCHRAN in the 1850 census of Gordon Co. GA. Myers COCHRAN & Phoebe DICKEY were married 20 Nov 1838 in Cass Co. GA. The part that became Gordon Co. GA in 1850. Since James COCHRAN was 81 in the 1850 census, he probably died before 1860, as I could not locate him there. Myers & Phoebe are in the 1850--1870--1880 census of Gordon Co. GA. I did not find them in the 1860 census. I would appreciate you sharing your info with me. wbdavis@ktc.com
