my gg grandfather jasper carter was born in hall county ga. he was married to rebecca gilleland. im trying to find some info on him and his family. i know he spent alot of time in texas.he was born 1859 or 1860.i know that their last child jesse washington carter was born in texas.let me know if anyone can help thanks debbie
