According to the source, Kathy Leigh (July 9, 2001)- 1840 Census of Pensioners Revolutionary or Military Services, returned by the marshalls of the several Judicial Districts Under the Act for Taking the Sixth Census - The following - WILLIAM MITCHELL - Pension - Aged 81 (born 1759), he was head of his household, lived in FRANKLIN COUNTY, GA.
