I could not find the book. No Library in Georgia has it. THere is a copy at the Bull Run Library in NC and they will copy at 15 cents a sheet, but there is no index. Salt Lake also has a copy and they copy at 4$ a page. The author finally sent me some pages I needed. I understand he is going to have the book reprinted soon.
