Henderson Trout b. 1807 - 1810? NC married Lucretia McNabb Allen. They had two children together, Samuel and Matilda. Matilda (Narcises Matilda Jane) married John Oliver Butler Dodgion. These are my maternal gr-gr grandparents. On the 1880 Kansas census you will find Henderson, Lucretia, Samuel, Matilda and also Lucretia's daughter Kansas/Cansis who is listed as Elbie and her husband Wm Huffman. Henderson lists his birth place as NC but his birthdate is listed as different years on the Kansas and Georgia census. I've not found him anywhere else yet. Can't figure out exactly when he was born (approx. 1807) or who his parents or siblings are. Information I recently found says on the 1860 Towns County, Georgia census he is listed with a Harrison, Rachel, Mary, Lucretia and her Allen children. Also listed is a Lafayette Dogens (Dodgion?)
