Transylvania County, North Carolina is now preparing a new heritage book, entitled "The Heritage of Transylvania County, North Carolina Volume II." The book is a joint work of the Transylvania Genealogy Group, County Heritage, Inc., and Walsworth Publishing. The good news is that the deadline for submitting articles and ordering books has just been extended! Originally January 15 was the deadline for submitting articles and for book orders, but an additional two months have just been added, making the new and final deadline MARCH 15, 2007.
