Hello Beth, I am searching the elusive Josiah Gay who was born in 1790 in Burke County, Georgia. I was able to trace his family forward to my grandmother, Carrie Gay, but would like to find a link to his parents.. If you have come across his name , please reply. I am sending for family sheets from Yates Publishing Co. in hopes they might provide some info. I have been told the census from Georgia in 1790 was damaged so no hope of tracing from that.
