Paul: I am at least distantly related to you. My Mother's side of my family is from the Izard County, Arkansas area of which Melbourne is the county seat and center of activity. I am familiar with the names Shelby Ray Gillihan and Simon Paul Gillihan. I think you are correct in that they were all raised in the Izard County area of Arkansas. My Mother, whose maiden name was Gillihan died a few years back at the age of ninety three years.
