That's an old trick that most kids (now in their 70's) know about. Before modern cameras aappeared on the scene, a group foto was taken by a camera rotating slowly across the group from left to right. Someone on the left could run behind the group once the camera has passed beyond him or her and pop up at the other end of the foto. Did it many times sometimes joining grouops I did not even know. I wonder how many genealogists are researching the extra unknown kid in the family reunion fots. Bernie
