A Samuel and Olive Harger was listed in the 1900 PA Soundex (Vol 21, ED 408, Sheet 1, Line 608) in Allegheny Co., Jefferson Twp. They were enumerated with a Joel F. Feree and Samuel was recorded as s-in-law. This is all the info I have but maybe this clue will help.
