Great to hear from you Gail. Thank you for the info on the land grant. I would love to have a copy of the grant if you are able to scan it & email to me. You can email me on cheryllee1@optusnet.com.au My grandmother, Lily Marretta Harrigan, was Edward Harrigan's great grandaughter, which makes him my g.g.g. grandfather. I have Edwards dob as 20/08/1803, born on the bank of the Tank Stream in Sydney. I have just sent for a copy of his death certificate hoping it may shed some light on his father, Teague. Did you know there is a book about Mary Wade, printed by the Harrigans in Wollongong about 1986. I am trying to get a copy but it is very difficult to locate one that is not someone's treasured posssession. I found the transcript of Mary's trial on the internet recently. It was very interesting to read. If you haven't seen it, let me know & I can let you know what the site address is. I lived in Wollongong all my life until 3 years ago when I moved to Queensland. My son & his wife still live there. Which decendant of Edward Harrigan does your line go back to? Do you have any info regarding Teagues death at all? Hope to hear from you again.
