Does anyone know anything about William H. Harrigan who was a city engineer here in San Antonio. He had a daughter, Mary D (sic) who married a distant cousin of mine, Brigadier General Prentiss D. Wynne, Jr. Mary D and P. D. were married 22 June 1940 here in San Antonio (no children). Several of the streets in Alamo Heights were named for members of Mr. Harrigan's family, i.e., Harrigan Court, etc. Mary D Harrigan Wynne died in 1993 and is buried in Hilton Head, SC.
