My relative, David Hayes, came to America from Ireland about 1817. He was living in Half Moon, Saratoga County, NY in the 1820 Census. He was married to Rachel by 1823. They had 8 children born in Saratoga County. I would like to know Rachel's surname and the place where they were married. David moved his family to Fulton County around 1840. David and his family were living in Broadalbin in 1845 Census. David was a linen weaver. I am interested in knowing where the family lived in Ireland. They were Protestants and may have lived in Northern Ireland. Any information about this family in Ireland would be helpful. Richard
