Seems there are quite a few of us spread around this part of the state, my immediate family all living in St. Joseph. I have trouble identifying my descendants past my Great-Grandfather, Forest Price Higdon. I have heard rumors he had been adopted into the family, but I never really got the full story and am not sure who his parents were. I believe his dad may have been Thomas Higdon, but I would need to research that a bit more to be sure. Forest Price Higdon - great-grandfather (deceased) Galen Wayne Higdon, Sr. - grandfather, former Police Officer with St. Joseph Police Dept. Forest Frederick Higdon - father (deceased), has a brother Galen Wayne, Jr. and sister Shella Wineinger Chad Higdon - myself The future of this Higdon clan: Kiersten Raye Higdon - 3.5 yrs Michael Thomas Higdon - 2 yrs any connections or info would be appreciated if you have it. Appears there are Higdons near here in Elwood KS, and then Easton, Maryville and Trenton in Missouri, although I am not sure how or if there is a connection.
