I also have Hiner history from Indiana and would be interested in sharing information. (Maiden name is Hiner).

Jacob Hiner Hiner (b abt 1810) was from Indiana.
Her married Caroline(Aylett Gibbons)Miles as her second husband. They had two sons: Issac Gibbons Hiner (b 1846) and Jacob A. Hiner (b 1848) Both were born in Arkansas.
By the 1850 Crawford County, Ark Census, Caroline is listed as a widow. Jacob A. Hiner the son, named a daughter Mary Louise Hiner. She was also born in Arkansas.

I'm wondering if he could possibly be a brother to Joseph Hiner or Robert Hiner or Mary Hiner...if they lived in Indiana around 1800 - 1820.

I have the line forward to the present but can't go back any further without help.

Would also be interested in the Hiner Reunion group since my Grandfather and gggrand father both lived and wrked in Texas as cotton brokers during the early 1900s.
