Do any of these names and surnames have a place in your family? I think all came to NM from Texas/Oklahoma in the early 1910s. I am not kin, but I do have some information about the Hortons and McQuearys. John Horton born at least before 1890 married ?? McQueary, daughter of George C. Mcqueary. Had at least George Justus Horton and Gladys. George Justus Horton married Iva Young. Their children were Irma, Otis Howard, Lee Myrle and George Justus Jr. Sadie Mcqueary married Millard Morrow. There is further information about the Horton/McQueary families in the article I have.
