I have Edmund Huckleberry born 10 Feb 1799 died 23 Jul 1867, wife Mary W born 27 Apr 1806 died 8 Mar 1883. This info came off of their tombstones. From the forum, I found Edmund's parents as John Huckleberry and Elizabeth Murdick. I also read that they were married 11 Sep 1799. Are these dates correct? Could John have been married before? Could Edmund have a different mother or a different line entirely? I am a descendant of Edmund's daughter, Elizabeth, from her first husband Michal Sloat. Her second husband was Reuben Jackson. Reuben Jackson's first wife was Susan Melvina Huckleberry born 14 Apr 1828 in Iowa died 29 Jul 1866. Could she also be a daughter of Edmund? I also have a Charlotte T Huckleberry married Joseph W Holt on 11 Oct 1843 in Marion County, Illinois. Any info on her? I have info on Edmund's descendants through his daughter Elizabeth, if anyone is interested.
