Lula McCREERY of Washington D.C. and Samuel H.Jacobson of Cinncinati, OH In 1894 filed for a marriage license in Washington DC. I find that Blanche MCCREERY who was born in 1896 was living with her Grandfather John LUCKEY McCREERY and Grandmother Loretta in 1900 in Washington DC. John and Loretta McCREERYS daughter Flora McCREERY who was never married was also there. However their dau. Lulu (Louise) McCREERY was not there. In 1905 it was reported that Lulu was the wife of Arthur B. SPEERY. Who was actually the father of Blanche MCCREERY? Samuel JACOBSON or Arthur SPERRY? It is reported in a Sperry family Genealogy that Lulu McCREERY married Arthur SPERRY in 1891. Is this correct as this would confuse matters even more. In 1920 Census Both Louise (Lulu McCREERY) SPERRY and Blanche SPERRY were both living together in Washington D.C. Did Lulu McCREERY and Samuel JACOBSON divorce or did Samuel die? Did Arthur B. SPEERY adopt Blanche? It is further reported that Blanche married Charles H. MOORE, I find a Blanche MOORE in 1930 a widow working as a waitress in Pittsburgh. This where the Sperrys lived half the time. I also find "a" Samuel JACOBSON of undetermined relationship (if any), had been in the military and is buried Arlington Cemetery d.1925. I find a Samuel H Jacobson Location 1: 1311 F northwest or 1211?
