I find only two STEERS in the HIGHLAND cemetery in Minneapolis. They are LAVINA 12/28/1848-5/12/1888 and MYRTLE 3/10/1874-4/27/1896. The Minneapolis library has the Minneapolis Messenger on film back to 1883. You may find the info you want in an obitituary.
