Does anybody know where the Ottawa County Poor farm was located? I know it was in Center Township, but I don't know what towns are/were in Center township. I am looking for Willice/Willis Rice, son of George Washington Rice and Lettie Gibbs, born in 1874 and lived in Cloud County in the Bethel community. Thanks. Louis D. Rice
