Hello, I am searching for the parents of my Great-Great-Grandmother, Frances "Emiline" Fannie Lowe, born in Georgia in 1817. She died in Texas in 1882. She married Francis Marion Carroll who died in Louisiana in 1906. In the 1880 Census she states that both her parents were born in South Carolina. I know there are many Lowes from South Carolina/Georgia, but if anyone knows of a Lowe daughter named Frances, please let me know. Thanks for the help! -philip g.
