Looking for information about Levicia Lowe of MD or DE. She married Captain James Martin of Seaford, Delaware and was a widow by November 1824. She died September 20, 1838 in Talbot County, MD. Her daughter Elizabeth was wed in Easton on February 6, 1838 at the home of Captain William Powell by the Rev. George D. Hamilton. Levicia/Leticia might be connected to the Lowe family of Talbot County, MD. Any information is welcome. Thanks.
