Nancy Lowe Case's mothers name was Mary Romaine; believed to be from (or her family)the Netherlands. Nancy's father was Bill Lowe. I do not know if his formal name was William or not. The family story goes that Mary Romaine Lowe and Bill had 13 children. Bill deserted Mary and left with another woman and went to Texas. Their children were raised by neighbors because Mary could not support them by herself. One of the children, Nancy, was my great-grandmother. I have no information on Mary Romaine Lowe's actual background or Bill Lowe's background or what happened to either of them. Thank you so much for anything that you may have. It is an intriguing story on the Romaine/Lowe family; one of which I have hit a deadend on. Nancy married Thomas Case and yes, Pearl and Nelson were one of their children.
