My grandfather, John Aloysius McFeeley was born in eastern Pennsylvania ca 1875. There are other McFeeley ancestors buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery in McAdoo, Pennsylvania. Prior to the establishment of this cemetery, many Roman Catholics in these eastern Pennsylvania hamlets and towns were buried in Elmira, NY -- which was the closest Catholic cemetery. You might also want to look in town registers in Crabtree, PA. Hope this is useful.
