Hi Ted, I know you posted this question years ago, but if you are still interested, I have an antique painting that bears a label from the Charles T. Metzler store. if you'd like, I'd be glad to either photograph this for you, or try to get a scan. By the way, the painting appears to be older than 1910, I would place it far more likely 1880s-90s, so they were probably in business earlier than you have previously believed.
