Eliza Mitchell born 31 July 1822 in Syracuse, Hamilton Co, Ohio (parents were James Mitchell and Sabrina Lucas)first married a Stiffler (first name unk. who died before Aug 1843)married Gilbert Adams of Dutchess Co, NY 27 Aug 1843 at Miami County, OH. Her son, by Stiffler was David and he was born 1837. Children born in her marriage to Mr. Adams included:Jonathan, Hester, Dimas, Silome, Matilda (Tillie), Angelina, Amanda, Mary. ll What Stiffler did Eliza marry and when/how did Mr. Stiffler die?
