Gregory, You responded well. Therefore, I offer this suggestion: post your request on the regular Hungary Genealogy Forum. There are several people who closely monitor those pages and who possess considerable knowledge about search procedures and access to information sources. Some may even know French so that you could communicate with them privately via e-mail. My attitude is shaped by experience with people who seem so driven to establish noble status that they ignore facts and abandon logic. Professional genealogists of competence and good repute counsel those of us who are amateurs to be patiently rigorous in our searching, and to make no assumptions.
