I see some have Lilian May Smith who marries John Ralph Scholes as the daughter of William Charles Smith and Laura Louisa Snow. This does not seem consistent with the NZ BMD registration data. 1886/11539 Smith Lilian May        Elizabeth Alice       Thomas 1972/46574 Scholes Lilian May               20 June 1886 Also, John Ralph Scholes appears to be the son of Elizabeth Monk's sister Kezia Monk and Ralph Scholes.
