A gathering of the Normand family will be held in Québec city on the 6-7 and 8 of august 1999. This major event will take place while Les Fêtes de la Nouvelle-France will be held. L'Association des descendants de Jean Le Normand (b.1638 Igé. France, m. 1656 Anne Le Laboureur, Québec) organize this large gathering and will be pleased to inform anyone interested to know more about this event. Please let the members of your family know. This may be an opportunity for you to come back to your origins and to meet with the Normand of America or with some cousins you may have not met since a long time. If you, or the Normand you know in USA, want to know more, let me know, or write to: Your "cousin" from Canada (Saint-Pascal) and a small nephew of Charles (Lewiston), of Jean (Fall River), of Wilfrid (fall River and New Bedford and of Luc (New Bedford) which he met in 19955 in New Bedford.
