Jason, Been there years ago before getting into genealogy, oh it is so pretty over there & friendly when I was there. Didn't realize until then I knew any words of German. Not many, but found it interesting. I had heard some words all my life but didn't realize they were German. Hello cousin, it appears a few generations ago, a descendant of each of the 2 original brothers married, thus making both of the brothers distant Great x? grandfathers. So I claim all of you descendened from one of the 2 brothers that came over on the ship together. I have corresponded & learned so much about family, it's awesome. Len Overmier has quite a site regarding so much military history of the family, Ed's book is great,Larry has so much information as does Wunder. Use Google or what ever & use all the spellings of the names to find the sites.
