As far as I can tell by my research,The Poile name is a French name. Most of the families of the Poile's changed their spelling to Pile, Piles, Pyle. I.D.(Inez) Pyle Cress born 1883 and was my grandmother. She was the last child of Harriett Forlines Pyle and Jessie Pyle.
