James/Jim Willis Rainey was a lawyer, who had a practice in Irving, Texas. Son of James Willis Rainey, Sr. and Fannie Smith and had a sister, Lorene Rainey. Can someone extract an obit from possibly The Dallas newspaper? His dates should be (18 Dec 1919-1 Feb 2003)
