Looking for information on parents of Joseph Edward RAINEY, born 1 Aug 1911 in Muskogee, Indian Territory. His parents were Douglas RAINEY and Elizabeth NEWBERRY. Douglas is listed in the 1900 IT Census in the Creek Nation. He was listed as boarding with D. W. KING. It says he was born 1874 in TX. We believe either he or Elizabeth was Indian and maybe both. Any information would be appreciated!
