This is what I have found: Willie Richard Rector born 17 Mar 1913 in Tennessee, United States Male, White, Non-hispanic died 7 jul 1997 at 2:27 pm long-term care facilities, New Philadelphia, Tuscarawas, Ohio Death certificate #058823 Age at death: 84 Occupation: Not specified manufacturing industries SS# 296-05-5013 Education: 7 You can use the SS# to send for a copy of his social security application. On it might include the names of his parents. I have used this option many times to get passed my brick walls. Hope this helps! Laurie
