I'm trying to locate any info on my biological father's family for health reasons. His name is/was Gerald Bert Rector last known to be in Welch,WVA inthe 1970 was born to Norma Jean Stimac-Rector in March of 1970. I believe he may of had a sister named Shirley. He may of also lived in McDowell county.
