According to the Minutes of The First Baptist Church in Macon Co., NC for 1825 through 1866, there was an early member by the name of Elizabeth REDMAN/REDMON. Reading these minutes is very slow going. I'm up to 1840 and have not found anything about Elizabeth, other than she is a "member" of the church. I will proceed with this research. If Elizabeth is mentioned in any other way i.e. being diseased/deceased, I will place the info on Genforum. If you know who she is, please let the rest of us know.
