Redmon Family research group looking for Redmon descendants of UpState South Carolina Redmons who lived in the state in the late 1700s and early 1800s who will participate in a DNA study to link the early Redmon families to those living today. Most notably are, Spartanburg, Greenville and Pickens Counties including Samuel, Richard, Morgan, Major Lewis, Thomas, 2 Williams, James, 3 Johns, Sterling, Alexander, Robert, Reuben, and Daniel Morgan of Buincombe County, NC.
