Firstly, Id very much like to thank you for your kind reply to my message concerning the Redmonds in Waterford. Secondly i must apologise for the late correspondence to your reply. I have overlooked this source of information as of late and very much wish i hadn't because i have some great news for you Eddie. Your Grandmother was very much known by our family, in fact my Grandfather and Grandmother went to America to visit your Grandmother. Like your relation, my Grandfather grew up in the Glen and was indeed no less than your Grandmothers nephew. Unfortunately my Grandfather passed away earlier this year but my Grandmother has done some extensive research into our family tree and was very excited to hear of the information you provided in your reply and would love to begin a correspondence with yourself. So if you would like to learn more about your roots and history Eddie, we would be more than delighted to welcome you to the tree and learn about where its many branches have reached.
