Thank you for your help. I know this particular Rhoda's maiden name was Henderson and she is the one that married John T. Selby in Lawrence Co., IN in 1852 and he died there in 1859 and she took kids and went to Guthrie Co., IA where she was living next door to her father James Henderson on the 1860 Guthrie Co., IA census. She turns up again on the 1880 census same place but after that both her and James disappear. There were also three daughters; Emily J. b. abt 1853, Mary E. b. abt 1856 and Miranda b. abt 1858. The girls show on the 1860 census living with their mother but are gone by the 1880 census. Again, thank you for responding and your assistance.
