Can anyone help me with information about John Tingle who married Sarah Duff (I think her maiden name was Duff) They married on the 17th Jun 1833 in St George - Birmigham. They ahd the following children that I know of: a)John Tingle ch. 24 Nov 1833 Tipton - Staffordshire.He married an Elizabeth (this couple can be found in Brightside Bierlow in Yorkshire, West Bromich in Staffordshire. In the 1891 Census John & Elizabeth have a 19 year old nephew James Allen Aston living with them who was born in Lancashire. he was also listed with them in the 1881 census. Was he related to John or to Elizabeth? a) Matilda Tingle ch.24 Jan 1836 Tipton - Staffordshire. She was listed as Betsy in her parents 1841 census return. She married and they had a large family which includes childre: Sarah, Eleanor, Elizabeth, John W, Susannah, Josh, George, Alice & Lillie. a) Sarah Tingle b. abt 1840 whilst her parents were living in West Bromich - Staffordshire. Any help appreciated in finding more of the Tingle family. Regards Joanne Warby
