Sarah "Sally" Bonds was the wife of Edmund Sawyer, not Dempsey as I stated in a previous note. Edmund Sawyer and Sally Bonds, parents of William Dempsey Sawyer, were married 15 Oct 1835 in Williamson Co TN.
